Damian is an experienced business growth advisor with over 25 years of experience in senior executive roles (6 years of this time in Canada and USA assisting NI & ROI companies to secure sales in these markets). He holds a Masters in Marketing and is a Chartered Marketeer.

Damian now supports companies to develop and implement business growth strategies specifically targeting growth in export markets. He specialises in strategic planning and marketing and sales strategies with a strong focus on implementation and is experienced across a range of sectors. Damian is also retained by several businesses in a non-executive capacity to facilitate and guide the companies on strategy development and implementation.

Dave McClements

Founder & Director

Dave is a successful business consultant with 25 years of experience in developing organisations. Dave uses his understanding of business (at MBA and Chartered Marketing level) and his understanding of how people change (Chartered CIPD) to ensure consulting projects succeed.

In his business consultancy role, Dave specialises in the field of Marketing and Sales – particularly in the area of business growth by entering new markets. This has involved working with numerous SMEs (often in a non Executive role) to ensure they focus on markets, sell well, employ the right people and deliver profitable growth.

Rebecca Taylor

Principal Consultant

Rebecca is an experienced consultant who helps SMEs to grow their business both in their domestic markets and export markets. Rebecca’s attention to detail has successfully delivered large scale growth programmes. Rebecca has also worked directly with companies to develop and implement their marketing, sales and digital strategies as well as tendering support. Since joining Core Consulting in 2016, Rebecca has successfully mentored clients across a wide range of sectors including ICT; Digital and Creative Services; Health and Life Sciences; Engineering and Environmental/Renewables.

Emily McCann

Emily specialises in assisting Core Consulting’s senior consultants to conduct comprehensive Market Research, Sales Prospecting and Programme Management activities. Emily’s excellent communication skills and high levels of enthusiasm enable her to identify key sector information, propose the best next steps for clients and support them through the implementation of these plans. Emily works tirelessly to ensure that Core clients smoothly implement their business growth strategies and secure new sales in export markets.
